Installation
(Tested in Ubuntu 18.04)
# git clone https://github.com/ahamilton/vigil
# cd vigil
# ./install-dependencies
# python3.7 -m pip install .
To test its working properly:
# ./test-all
then to run:
# vigil <directory_path>
